    This package includes your 60-minute initial appointment + a 30 min follow up where we’ll dive into your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals. From there, you’ll receive a tailored plan with realistic, sustainable actions to improve your overall health and support change that lasts.

  • Reset & Restore Package

    Experience a comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation where we’ll dive deep into your health goals and uncover the best path for you. You’ll also receive two follow-up sessions (30 minutes each) to ensure you stay on track, celebrate your progress, and adjust your plan as needed.

  • Before your first session, you'll receive an online intake form to fill out. This form includes in-depth questions about your goals, eating habits, lifestyle, and overall health. During our 60-minute session, we’ll go over your responses and explore them more deeply to get a clear understanding of where you are and where you’d like to go.

    After the session, you'll receive a few personalized action steps to get started right away, and then I’ll follow up with a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs.

  • Yes! I can create personalized meal plans if that’s something you're interested in. Plans are tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle to help make healthy eating simple and sustainable.

  • You will have to check with your insurance provider. Look if you are covered for the following:

    • Registered Holistic Nutritionist

    • Holistic Nutrition Practitioner

    • Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, or

    • Holistic Nutrition Counselling/Coaching
