Before I started supporting others with their nutrition, I felt overwhelmed by food, unsure what actually worked for me and frustrated with all the conflicting advice out there.
As a teenager, I struggled with ongoing digestive issues, bloating, fatigue, and discomfort after meals, without many clear answers. By the time I reached my early 20s, life felt busy, stressful, and full. I didn’t always have the time or energy to cook, and like many people, I turned to quick options and tried different diets, thinking that was what being “healthy” was supposed to look like. But instead of feeling better, I often felt more disconnected from my body and unsure of what I actually needed.
When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, I was 21 and that experience changed my perspective completely. Watching her navigate her health with intention and grace for eight years was incredibly inspiring. This opened my eyes to how much our food choices, daily habits, and support systems can influence how we feel. She showed me what it looks like to listen to your body and advocate for your own health. Her example continues to inspire me to listen to my body, trust what works for me, and approach health with gratitude. Through my journey, I realized that lasting wellness isn’t about following strict diets or perfect routines, it’s about understanding your body, finding what works for your life, and creating habits that are simple and sustainable.
My approach is rooted in helping you find what works for your life without added pressure or strict rules. I focus on simple, practical tools that help you feel more confident with food and build habits that are sustainable over time. If you’ve ever felt too busy to prioritize your nutrition, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or stuck in the cycle of starting over, you’re not alone.
If you’re ready to put in the work, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
